See All7 Open-World Games That Do What Ubisoft’s Best Never Could
Listen I have to admit as a die hard AC fan sure all these are good open world's I have played all of them. However all the games on your list are game of the year titles with the addition of one classic being shadow of Colossus. I agree they are really good games but to compare Ubisoft to the Titan dev companies like fromsoftware and Rockstar is rather an unfair comparison even though Ubisoft is a Titan in its own right. As well as to say that judge assassin's Creed on historical inaccuracy and say that Kingdom deliverance 2 is better because it's more historically accurate. Assassin's Creed has quite the accurate historical settings if you take out the gods, magic artifacts, the fact the character can run form one end of the map to the other in one single sprint (you never here people complaining about that but when there is a black samurai or if the fact the main protagonist in AC 3 isn't a English white guy then it's an uproar and outrage) the locations the landmarks even some of the NPCs are real historical figures and landmarks and locations and they are accurate. So I think people just need to stop bad mouthing Ubisoft who has done nothing but fight and fight to keep itself alive and has continued to do so despite the backlash and harsh treatment.
