I'm a 62 year old ex ea gamer. Ive been playing Madden since the first edition and this was my first year playing ultimate team. Long story short EA stole my coins that I had earned from store packs and challenges put a ban sanction on my account after a perfect record of behavior over 25 years and refused to return the coins. They invited me to continue playing their game and buying more content but why should I when they seize your coins using their rules that are based on money grabbing. I will never buy another ea game.

Their eahelp is no help. The madden25 ultimate team was is money grabbing. They need to lose the exclusive license. The list of people who have been negatively treated by this company is growing.

EA is a horrible company in the opinions of a growing multitude of online customers. After purchasing madden since the first edition this year i tried ultimate team and experienced the alleged violation of tos though i had purchased my content from the store. EA treated me like a criminal with bans and sanctions. I will not be buying their products again which means my action hurts them more. The whole game is filled with glitches, money grabbing, promotion of gambling. What is the remedy? #BRINGBACKNFL2K
