Bethseda give you trophies for killing other players what do they expect anyone trying to collect all trophies has to kill other players a trophy for one kill another for 20 kills while I don't condone it high level players who have collected everything done everything now want all trophies and that's the only way to get them so Beth set up the conflict so in the immortal words... Don't hate the players hate the game
