Any AC games after Black flag apart from Valhalla hasn't been worth playing. Unless you want long winded games then I'd pick Forbidden west and Red Dead Redemption 2. The witcher3 was mediocre and gets given way too much credit and Ghosts of Tshima is a game that never gets much recognition.
