Finally I find this path:

/Users/<YOUR_USER_NAME>/Library/Application Support/Civilization VII

"YOUR_USER_NAME" means a specific user name. It is easy to find out because you are using it right now. If you don't know you can go to Finder and select "Go" -> "Home" to see your user name.

If you can't find hidden files, you can press following 3 buttons simultaneously: SHIFT + COMMAND + PERIOD. (You can press again to cancel this effect after debugging.)

Yes, you may find that in macOS the folder's name is different from that of Windows, even from its previous generation (Civ 6). It starts with "Civilization", instead of "Sid Meier's Civilization".

Then we can have a try to solve crash problem in macOS. (I haven't tried it yet!)
