Ending it where it did on a cliffhanger was a shitty decision but it doesn't affect the quality of the last episode itself, per se. I assume production costs or something is the main motivator, but the new season is supposedly going to be dropped pretty quickly after the first one.

I basically can't imagine this not being true. It would seem like kind of a trick on the reader if Turbo Granny were gone forever. She tends to return when sexual violence is at issue, which, is unsettling, but good within the narrative universe of DanDaDan at least.
