I made an account to first say yes it is ssj4 form and no it doesn’t have god ki. You have to have god ki power or have a power on the same level as god ki to sense god ki. So ssj4 in daima does not have god ki. Here is proof to debunk that theory. When Goku first went ssj blue piccolo could not sense Goku’s ki. Ssjb is a god form.

Daima takes place before super and and the end of dragonball z. So that new form piccolo has in super? It doesn’t exist yet. So he does not have the ability to sense god ki. But he was able to sense Goku’s ki in Daima when Goku went ssj4. That’s how you know it doesn’t have god ki.

Now on to the other point. I don’t know where people get this crazy idea that gogeta fusion would be coming because he wouldn’t. If we are going by the timeline that really wouldn’t make any sense. Gogeta became canon in Dragonball super broly movie. Vegeta never knew how to do the fusion dance and learned how to do it for the first time.

That being said again Daima takes place before Dragonball super events and at the end of DBZ. So if a fusion were to be coming? It would most likely be Vegito. We would see Vegito ssj4 or some type of new fusion. So whoever wrote this article clearly missed that point.
