My major gripes with the game so far.... Arceus was more about catching the Pokemon (which is what I love) and way, way, way less about battling other trainers (which I dislike doing). It was a unique spin-off because of this and they turned ZA into just another battle-heavy mainline Pokemon game for no reason.
I also don't like it being real time fighting and no ability to change button order. I have my joycon set to have my A and B buttons switched to replicate the Xbox controller that I'm more used to playing but the game doesn't recognize that so I'm constantly hitting the wrong moves in battle. I tried switching it back for this game and I was constantly backing out of every menu. Lol
