Sooooo. My name is amber best and my significant other has always had a thing he orders when we eat Mc donalds. It has to be a menu item and it has to be named after him lol it's a mcdouble and a hot n spicy Mc chicken he will order 1 and 1 and then remove the bottom Bun to each of them and Mac it a chicken burger. So it will have the top Bun then hot n spicy Mc chicken and then the double cheeseburger and another top Bun for the bottom as well. He calls it a Mc gang bang. It's so good and looks appetizing as well.
