One piece is a part of a "whole". Rayleigh knows why Roger refused to use it but still gained the title Pirate King. The crew could only laugh upon discovering it.

The most important, of course: one piece is the key to end the war and end world government's reign. The one who CAN use it has the power of controlling all ancient weapons to shake the world.
