See AllNintendo's Palworld Lawsuit Unlikely To Do Major Damage, Expert Says
So first off i respectfully disagree with you, because Nintendo took there sprites and characters and ripped them off of a much older game and changed them. Now also Nintendo has sprites in Pokémon that they don't even own. Just because a game has ball or whatever to catch creatures doesn't mean anything, they do not own the rights to that, anyone can make a game about catching creatures in balls. Look at all the 1000s of games that have that concept and none of them have had issues with lawsuits. I love Pokémon I've had every single one that has came out. Money doesn't talk in court Nintendo needs proof because if they had it this case would be over already and Palworld would be no more. Not the case.
