Im sorry, but this is just bad journalism. This is one of the smoothest massive multiplayer game launches ever, compared to more or less any other big name title. After a few hours after sorting initial problems, everyone can play without problems.
For this being an early access, and not a full game release, where you should not have any big expectations, its an insane performance. As i said, this is I think the best launch performance i have ever seen for a new game. There were server problems the first 1,5 (?) Hours... Thats it.
