See AllXbox Handheld Release Date Leaked
I already own an Ally X. Two of them, actually. I bought one for my son and one for me. And while I would love for mine to have those controller grips (it feels a bit clunky in the hands after a while), if they think I'm gonna buy another, they better come with something more than ergonomics. I'm assuming that the new-and-improved Windows updates will also be coming to last years model (they better be). Other than that, I don't really see a reason to upgrade. It runs all my games plenty smooth, truly a portable gaming PC. Retroarch, Steam, PC Game Pass, GoG, etc, etc, I have all the ones I play regularly on my gaming rig installed on the Ally and now I can "touch grass" AND play. Take that, internet weebs
I have thought about installing a linux distro like CachyOS, or even SteamOS, but most of the games I currently enjoy require some sore of kernel-level anticheat, which is incompatible with Linux. I know linux makes a huge difference, so I've given debloating it's full diligence, and am most interested in seeing what they've done to enhance Windows, and how much further it can be improved upon.
'It's Like They Are Not Even Trying:' Sakamoto Days Fans Have Given Up On The Anime
I still think DanDaDan is the best new anime. I'm all caught up on One Piece. Will have to check out Sakamoto Days. I wish they still printed english Shonen Jump, so I could keep up with the times in manga, I can't stand reading on my phone.
Why Dune: Awakening Is Better Without a Safety Net
Also, I found the material grind to be just a little bit too steep. I’m no slacker, but I don’t want a full time job. I want a video game that is fun & has multiple things for me & my friends to do that are engaging & challenging. I am well into endgame now, which is my next topic, but first I just wanted to say that I think they should let us successfully ditch the worm between zones 2 & 3 & not force us to continually go back to farm Iron, in order to make the next highest material, steel. We will have to deal with the worm again soon in the deep desert anyways, but the players should be rewarded with that small victory over the starter worm & not forced to drive back and forth trying to gather enough iron to make steel.
Endgame. Where should I start? Apparently, in the Deep Desert, it’s one instance for everyone. Alas, it’s not I that has a problem with that, ironically, it’s their servers. Rubberbanding. Ping spikes. Typical signs of over overload. I don’t see a solution for this coming any time soon because of what it entails. Nor do I currently have a solution to offer. Turn the servers up to 11 so we can actually play the game.
Next, I’m not a crazy person, like almost all of my friends, who have done all the other classes questlines to unlock their boards. I get by just fine at my current level (70?) With just the Jesserit board. I know in the future I will outgrow it, have a surplus of skill points & then I will do those quests.
That being said, nobody told me all of that was going to be for naught, the gear I wear, the weapon I use, doesn’t mean anything at all when all that I’ve seen go on in DD is ‘thopter wars
Why Dune: Awakening Is Better Without a Safety Net
The game needs some improvements for sure.
I never thought I would be saying this, but I wish it would take a few tiny little cues from Once Human, even Minecraft. OH did a lot of things wrong, but it got a few things right. The ability to move your entire base instantaneously is one. From MC, endgame QOL stuff like shulker boxes come to mind. (1/x)
