I have never liked Titus, that being said, I never played the game to say whether he deserves to be in this list or not. Clive being number one, cannot argue with that. He's definitely the strongest. I am surprised that Cloud isn't higher, but again, I never played FFVII to know. I do think that Squall should be higher on the list. But as I play the remaining games, I will make a better judgement on the list.
