No it's because they are known stories and franchises people love and want to see more of. You can complain all you want but the numbers don't lie.

Most people wasn't more of something that they enjoy. Nothing wrong with that. We can do that while at the same time still going to see original titles as well you know. If you don't like it don't go simple as that. No need to try and make the people that do seem like there's something wrong with it...
