Bui's undeniably a heavy hitter, but my choice would have to be Marian (Minami), and her ability to raise max HP for the team, at the start and during battle. That alone is a lifesaver when going up against enemies with higher levels than your team, as to keep you from getting wiped out too quickly. Best of all, she works well with most any teams, even without a second healer.
