I've been into anime since middle school, but honestly didn't get into manga until after I started reading manhwa. I think the accessibility of webtoons really opened up the floodgates for me to get into all types of graphic novels. I enjoy the depth I get out of manga, but I love the indie feel of reading stories from artists themselves on Webtoon.
