Right? "Mixed response" is a ridiculous conclusion to reach and report. This was a complete cluster by Blizz. Absolutely no compensation has even been hinted at. Like others, I have played for nearly 20 years. I have multiple guilds in which I, and my 48 characters, are the only members. All guild tabs were looted by "the culprit". I lost scores of pets that I spent months farming, BOE mounts, etc, etc. For one of my guilds, I received "restoration" that consisted of 4 stacks of ore from 4 expansions ago. Awesome! [<---SARCASM] As that would cost me at least 4 or 5 gold now. Nothing yet for my other guild banks. Truly pathetic handling and treatment of long time customers.
