This game is not for everyone. I love tactical PVP game like DMZ, Division 2 etc. And now Arc Raiders. Many people who don't like it are them who don't like engaging with people or those with gear fear. I know this game does not have campaign, it's just always on live service game but as you progress through the game, codex are revealed and so the story. Their little quests also connect the dots in terms of understanding 'why' the raiders do what they do. Similar to when you watch a movie, nothing is clear at first but bit by bit through flashback of the protagonist it becones fun watching the movie. There are still so many things unexplained in the game and that mystery is keeping me hopeful that the next sequel is gonna be even more rad than this. Look I tried playing games on hype like couuter strike, dota 2, cod, bf and realized these games are not for me. We all have our own preferences, does not mean those games are bad when they dont align with our likings and taste.

I have played the game enough that I am no short of any resources for my masterworking and tempering need but it is still PITA to get that one affix boosted because of RNG. It's plain waste of our time and there is no fun doing it. Hope they let us choose what we want to boost in a gear.
