I disagree with Slowking. Obviously it show that no one paid attention to its stats. Slowbro has higher physical defense (it's Mega amplifying that stat). Slowking has higher special defense. Not to mention Slowking has had competitive appearances.

Hitmontop is challenge to evolve, yes. This is also a case the author seems biased towards VGC and not formats like Smogon where tactics like entry hazards come into play as Hitmontop is a utility player.

Rhyperior (and Electivire) I will agree with as neither gains anything significant over Rhydon and thanks to Eviolite Rhydon is better.

The one I am surprised is not here is Dusknior. I love its design but its stats don't get much of a boost and again...Eviolite makes Duskclops better.
