Not very enthusiastic about it if they're removing so many core features that made the originals great in the first place. It's getting pretty old watching a bunch of narcissistic devs and suits destroying all of the franchises I came to know and love when I was younger.

Body_In_White Then you need to think harder, because that's not what I believe. They made two sequels with the same morality system and dog without it being an exact duplicate. They can make this sequel unique while still having those core mechanics.

Sounds like Joshua took a hit to the head at some point if this game is 10/10 for him. The game is absolutely terrible. They literally made some sort of Fortnitified RPG and slapped the DA logo on it. It has none of the soul or feeling of the previous titles, it's full of corporate pandering, the dialogue is the most bland, cheesy, stupid nonsense I've ever heard, the level design is so milquetoast it puts DA2 to shame, you have basically no consequential choices regarding your MC's interaction with party members, you're forced to accept all party members or get a "bad" ending, returning characters are nothing like what they were, and worst of all the past decisions you've made in previous DA entries were just tossed aside and what replaced them was utterly stupid.

People complain it received too much hate, I don't think it received enough. It's the equivalent of ordering your favorite ice cream flavor at your favorite location, but it's been taken over by new management and the varieties are now all poop-flavored.

Gnome It's his personal identification with the game. Not everyone has the same experience playing as a character. How do you not understand that? Gender does matter to plenty of people when they role play a character.
