While I do agree seeing a Morrowind Remake/Remaster would be cool, I could just never get into the game as a kid. And I'm personally really happy to see Oblivion getting one as it was the main game that shaped my childhood. And while yes, we will be getting Skyblivion later this year and I definitely plan on playing that as well, I'm personally more excited for the official Remaster. And if some of the information mentioned turns out to be true which I have a good feeling it probably will be, the Remaster is more akin to a Remake, with some systems being improved to function better, and gameplay being improved in general. I'll get to experience the game in a whole new light. I really hope it comes tomorrow, and if it doesn't we still have the rest of the week to see what happens.

While Skyblivion has made many changes to make it like Oblivion, and the game has been reimagined with cut content being added, dungeons being overhauled etc. Skyblivion is still Skyrim at it's core, and I want something that plays more like Oblivion. I loved Oblivion way more than I ever did Skyrim. I will quote something from one of the Skyblivion creators who commented on the matter that I felt was a really good way to look at it. It went something along the lines of "fans will be getting 2 new Oblivion releases this year". And that's something to be excited about imo.
