None of these people except Usopp need DFs, Usopp could get a plant based DF because of his abilities post time skip, also, I bet Nami has had advanced observation haki from the start without realizing it because how else would she predict the storms

Haki is also a technique, lasers are modifications, are those powers? Sky jumping and diable jambe are techniques but so is haki and lasers so apparently techniques count as well

The only thing in common between Solo Leveling and AOT is the amount of blood, not saying either are bad, I have trouble watching Attack On Titan because the Titans make me feel sick but Solo Leveling isn't even close to Attack On Titans level in any way, not a successor, not an equal, not similar
