Evan grim dawn just have shifting metas with every new expansion. It's a bad comparison cause new items bring new varieties of builds. And poe2 definitely not have shifting metas 👀 fire sorc and witch dominating for half of a year, for 2 seasons. Eventually with the new classes the meta switches. But the builds for these both are still meta. And come on mate poe1 and 2 have so much possible varietys of builds, you cant find all in one week. It's logical there are new "metas" every week. The same counts for last epoch. In the first few weeks of last epoch release there was every day a new meta. But this had nothing to do with "rebalancing", it was more a "oh look, I found that item, let's make a build... Hella cow?! That's insane!!" Boom, meta.

And in d4 is the meta mostly shifting too every season, believe it or not. And most of the builds are viable too. I play never meta, I build my builds by myself in every game. And I reach easily endgame and pit 100+, without meta. As I said before, few seasons ago sorcs meta was frozen orb, then summon lightning, then hydra, and the first meta was icicle sorc. That's alone 4 metas in 11 seasons

Same count for necro. First meta was bone spear, then shadow, then blood spear, then bone ghost, then blood wave.

Alone "same builds every season" can't be true, cause many builds are just doable since the last few seasons 👀 like hydra sorc

You just sounds like one these who hate diablo cause it's blizzard, or blizzard cause Diablo 4 disappoint you. That's OK, but be fair about comments and don't lie about stuff you don't know

Druid is hard to level like barbarian?? Necro is stronger??

I have 600+ hours in nearly every class (except paladin for sure), and I can say, you can't be more wrong 👀

Druid have one of the highest dmg output, even in level range. Meanwhile I melt duriel in the helltide with him, all other classes need his time to kill duriel, especially necro if you not Luck enough to get the blood wave unique, but that counts for every class. I was lucky with my barbarian and got 2 uniques for the blood barbarian build and leveling can't be more easy, but this is The luck side of the game, but even without barbarian is easy to level as blood barbarian. Necro is easy to level, but not the strongest, he's more the slowest, cause he need his time to kill enemys compared to other classes. And sorc was since season 1 one of the strongest 👀 I mean, in season 3 he got one of the strongest build in the history of Diablo. The frozen orb build, which breaks the server, laggy af world bosses which wasn't playable, cause everyone played him. The bosses just died meanwhile the lag, cause the spells doing his job better than everyone could do

Then show me game where it's different 👀

Diablo 3 had the same builds in the ladder for over 10 seasons. Diablo 4 is different there. Alone with the fact that blizzard change some legendary aspects grp season to season. Hydra sorc wasn't able to play for season 3 and 4 cause the removed the aspect for having more than 1, companion druid wasn't a thing until season 9, since they put passive nodes into the skill tree.

Many builds are just get the same name, but they are different from time to time cause pll are just lazy and not that creativity
