I mean there was a trans dude in inquisition and queer characters since origins. Also a large portion of anti authoritarian community is trans for some reason... It's almost like authoritarian leaders like to murder trans people.

Also we had a few famous people in the western frontier who were labeled women at birth but lived as men. If people like that could live on the frontier then I'm pretty sure they could live in most grimdark settings. Also it's fantasy - so ya know we can handwave some stuff with it's #magic. It's a video game for people to play, it's not like you must play a trans character, it's just there if you want to?

You do know that claiming any children are surgically sterilized as a "trans" surgery is just a bold faced lie? We have had forced sterilization in the US, but it has happened to black people, people with mental health or development disabilities, people in prison, and Hispanic women.

Intersex people are the most at risk for having surgery preformed on them as children, but it's the parents consenting (or not being informed) for the child to have surgery that makes them look more like a cis man or woman. Trans kids are not being sterilized to become trans, what are you talking about?
