Mina is one of my favourite characters, her bravery and willingness to protect her friends despite being scared and seen by herself as weak is so inspiring to me. The way she locked in after Miss Midnight died by starting to seriously train her quirk and confront her fears and past grievances was so cool to see. She's one of my favs for sure, I think everyone could use someone like Mina in their life, someone to cheer them up with her boundless optimism and encouragement is also one of the reasons I love her so much.
Sadly because of how athletic and conventionally attractive she is I also get grouped in with the Mina 'fans' who just goon to her physical body. It sucks but knowing there are people out there who know her character so well makes me very happy. I love her so much!
