I very much disagree with this list!
Produce Flame is a solid cantrip - less range than fire bolt, but the ability to set things on fire is very helpful. Damage increases throughout the game as well.
Plant Growth is an incredible
non-concentration form of crowd control, especially when paired with other effects that can stack on top of it (e.g. Hunger of hadar).
Freedom of Movement will cancel any form of crowd control on a friendly unit.
Sleet Storm is one of the best spells; huge ice surface (dex save is based on caster spell DC) and interruption for concentration.
Create Water with any amount of ice or electrical synergy (a sorc/wizard or another druid) is insanely powerful.
Conjure Woodland Being gives you 2 summons, both of which have crowd control spells and deal respectable damage.
Healing Word is probably the 'best' heal in the game. The ability to get someone up (normally an action) with a bonus action
at range and only a level 1 spell slot is nutty powerful. Sure other spells will heal more, but using a much higher spell slot. The flexibility of this one is incredible and available from the get-go.
At the end of the day, to each their own... But Druids are incredible disruptors, crowd controllers, and summoners! Cephalopalypse has a great, detailed spell tier list video on YouTube I highly recommend.
