With reference to C&C, the notion it only “made waves” in the 2000’s is nonsense. The original games were groundbreaking and helped define the genre along with Warcraft 2 and StarCraft. Maybe the person who compiled this article wasn’t alive then but I assure you the original C&C games made plenty of waves in the 90’s!
