An interesting mix of different purposes of cards here. All very powerful, my only criticisms are that Dragonite - while strong - sees next to zero tournament tops and Articuno EX is probably not as worth mentioning as a card like Druddigon or Gyarados EX if you're going to talk about the prevalence of water decks.
