Actually the 2 best killers in the franchise are Billy's mother in scream 2 as she was walking around with a fake identity and not interacting with any of the other characters throughout the movie which made the final reveal that much more surprising and roman in scream 3 since they also had real genuine and realistic motives which made them a force to be reckoned with not to mention that their characters that they played didnt appear forced and that it came out naturally.
