Yesterday I got to the hospital rooftop. I checked out each corner and grabbed the couple of ammunition rounds, then found the little shack.
I went into the small room, and found the note on the ground. I spent a couple
minutes looking around the room for a way to move forward, before decided I must have missed something outside in the rooftop, so I go running back through those doors, right into pyramid head. I yelled so fucking loud.
