Pokemon GO Player Gets Wild Push Notification from the Game
I’m fed up with Niantic!
My account was terminated in April ‘23 for violating the TOS, but I had only received 2 strikes, and the reason for the violation was my mental health issues. But the termination was as result of an unauthorised user gaining access to my account unlawfully. I’ve appealed daily but Niantic won’t help. They say I’m to blame for someone gaining access to my account or The Pokemon Company themselves.
And what’s worse, my friend opens the game and there’s a sponsor ballon for mental health awareness, but despite me telling Niantic I have mental health struggles and that when they terminated my account I was hospitalised as I lost my way of coping with the struggles, and that my account was compromised by an unauthorised user, they still won’t help.
They have a section to ask for help if your account is banned or terminated, yet they don’t help.
My account is still visable on my friends accounts, I can log into the Pokemon go shop, and the rewards section and campfire with my account details, Niantic however, refuse to reactive them.
