Fallout Shelter DOES NOT function like other Fallout games, where SPECIAL affect weapon damage.

The only effects for combat related between SPECIAL stats and weapons are:

1. Agility increases the attack frequency (keep in mind that each weapon has it's own attack pace, fast weapons will tend to have faster attacks);

2. Luck decreases time/attacks needed to trigger a critical hit;

3. Perception: Reduces the speed the arrows move when you activate critical hits.

Perception DOES NOT buff ranged damage on this game.
