8 RPGs With The Best Stories, Ranked

I love cyberpunk but it's insane to put it first with so many RPGs out there. Cyberpunk is as much an RPG as Assassin's Creed. It's an action game with story. You can pick dialogs but other than the ending, few choices you make matter at all. BG3 should be up on top 3, along with Neverwinter Nights, and New Vegas. Also no mass effect 2??
