If everyone got all the mod types before Lightfall, there's no reason New Lights should not have access to them from the start. Having the ability to slot armor mods is an integral process in build crafting and not all New Lights are new players, or players new to the genre or to gaming overall.

Focusing on summoned bosses, is Blizzard finally fixing Echo of Lilith's ridiculous wipe mechanics? Which I'm guessing is gonna be Exalted tier.

Also, Ancestral Uniques being a reward at the highest tier isn't that attractive anymore. Maybe an increased chance at getting multiple GAs or even a Mythic/Uber Unique?

I'm really disappointed in this particular quest. I expected Delamain to act the way I wanted him to after I chose to keep the emotions. He doesn't. The whole quest is pointless and bears no weight. Subsequent rides with the car won't even mention any of that. Or talk at all. Just back to the default, and zero fun dialog.

It would've been the best ride to use just to cruise around Night City.

Did you ever play Defiance? It was an open world looter-shooter released as a tie-in video game to the syfy series of the same name. Up to 24 people could play simultaneously in the open world. I played in on the PS3.

FFXIV:ARR and DCUO also came out on the PS3, as far as MMOs go.

I loved walking up to random people whose health bars were visible while in a fight, and healing them. That was cool.
