Uh no. Sony owns all of the Spider-Man stuff they gained the acquisition in the late 80's. About 8 years ago they had a contract drawn up so that marvel could USE Spider-Man still. Anytime marvel uses Spiderman they have to pay Sony a fat check. You really need to research more. That's why about 8 years ago we wasn't sure if Spider-Man would come back to marvel, because his 4 movie contract was up. They have 5 movies now still to go
