Emiru is Pressing Charges After TwitchCon Attack
He also tried to forcibly kiss her. Your making a lot of assumptions, what happened, various peoples intents, weather the consquences are justified.. And given you admit you literally have no idea what happened, not even second hand, its kinda wild. No need to weigh in on something if you don't know what you're talking about. Crossing a massive meet and greet line to forcibly grab someone and try and make out with them against their will isn't a 'mistake', it's an action with consequences. Twitch's lack of immediate action isn't proof of goodwill, either; it's simply inaction.
Think of it this way. Someone tried to force someone to do something against their will, and your reaction without info is person being forced is overblowing the situation, and the person forcing is misunderstood. Kind of a telling stance to take as your default to side with the dude getting investigated by the cops.
