Sanji's dreams are the opposite of becoming a King, so I highly doubt he will be awakening conqueror's haki, I think Oda will give this power up to a female character since Big mom is down the anime is lacking a strong female character, Nami has the personality to be dominant so I hope it's her but Robin could literally blossom now that she's got the confidence and will to protect others.
