See AllMagic: The Gathering's Commander Bans Have Me Worried About Making My Ideal Deck
Flubs is nothing compared to Nadu, as Nadu only needed any landfall effect in play that can target your own creatures to start going crazy, Flubs is still limited to only playing one extra land per turn, so unless you keep drawing cards that let you play extra lands, your combo ends when you draw the second land. Flubs also isn't much newer than Nadu, who was only just added in MH3. Flubs is safe from banning, it really isn't on anyone's radar, while Nadu was literally one of the strongest cards ever printed.
