This isn't due to Hoyo. The problem is with Formosa, the studio they hired to do the English voices. Formosa is one of, if not the only major studio to not provide their VA's with AI protection rights in their contracts, despite agreeing that those rights are important. Hoyo is currently in the process of migrating the VA's over to a new studio that will grant these protections, but a move of this scale will take time.
