Heads up quest is bugged for anyone who joined Harkonnen first then betrayed them. Interacting with Andrea Ganan only offers a "Goodbye" dialogue option, and the quest remains stuck at the "Report to Andrea Ganan" step.
Tried all these steps
Workarounds Attempted: Relogging, speaking to other NPCs (e.g., Thufir Hawat), completing other contracts, and checking the quest log for "Contact Issuer" did not resolve the issue.
Still stuck there opened a few tickets too but no response so far.
