It's taken them well too long tbh, they promised not to increase gamepass when they acquired Activision and have gone back on that and yet still haven't added the catalogue months after the price increase.
A company as huge as Microsoft definitely have the resources and manpower to be able to get these possible legal issues with royalty contracts and licenses sorted in a matter of days if not weeks.
Needs to be here before the next quarter ends really
