I think Cauldron is the real culprit here. Its unique ability is extremely hard to balance with the ever increasing amount of creatures with activated abilities. There is a very high chance that there will be new broken combos with Cauldron every time a new set is released. While Vivi is strong, it is very predictable in how strong it will be with future set releases.
