Gros Michel is much weaker than Cavendish. +15 mult is not nearly as useful as x3 mult. Cavendish is harder to get, which is why it's more powerful.

I have to wonder if the people that write these articles even play the game? They almost always have at least one mistake in them.

I disagree about Superposition. It might just be the worst joker in the entire game.

Tarot cards don't help straights, they often hinder them. Strength can help pull off an ad hoc straight in the moment but long term it reduces your chances of getting straights. Death, one of the best Tarot cards, is murder on straight runs. Duplicating cards and removing cards makes straights much harder to get.

Saturn scales up faster than Jupiter even though flushes are a higher hand in poker. That's to help balance out that not many things in Balatro help with straights.

I've become a lucky convert. Get enough of them into your deck, especially with retriggering, and you usually get $20-80 throughout a run. That cash infusion is really nice. It's rare the +20 mult makes a difference.
