Well technically Sasuke was in the prophecy foretold by great toad sage. He did say that Naruto's was going to fight Sasuke(well the one with powerful eyes) so he kinda did need Sasuke as his goal.

Naruto and Hinata are being trained by Shibai Ōtsutsuki while in kawaki time pocket dimension. So you know Naruto's return will be epic; Kishimoto won't let the child of prophecy return without other worldly unbeatable resolve.

Sasuke is definitely not the other child of prophecy. Yes he is Indra's reincarnate, but that doesn't make him a child of prophecy.

You already know what the prophecy is, from Naruto to Shippuden.

If you're trying to perceive Sasuke as a child of prophecy then you would have to put Hinata into the equation. She has hamura's Chakra.

All of that aside Naruto will remain the only child of prophecy in Boruto as well.

Doesn't it seem interesting that him and Hinata are frozen in Kawaki's time space and Kurama is now with the perfect jinchuriki(Naruto's daughter).

I'm leaning towards Naruto, Sasuke, and Shikamaru planned all of this when 1st attack from Momoshiki and Kinshiki happened.

It seems that some have forgotten the true nature of Naruto. 1 who never gives up, he keeps forging ahead.

Also just to throw this in the scene of Kawaki and Boruto fighting to world without shinobi's, is just 1 of Koji Kashin's 10 paths. It doesn't necessarily mean the end.
