August 24 Will Be A Sad Day For Boruto Fans
The reason i dont like Boruto as much as Shippuden is that First, as the article mentioned, Naruto and Sasuke are largely absent from the story. Second, when they do appear, (it seems to me) Boruto and his peers are shown to be better equipped or just play a larger role in the conflict/fight even as genine against the enemy or problem which is a departure from Shippuden where the older generation's strength and experience was highlighted and naruto and the younger ones kinda watched and took notes
Finally, I've noticed that much of the unique jutsu and genjutsu from Naruto has been replaced with more hand-to-hand combat. While I appreciate a good fight, I miss the incredible and often ridiculous powers that made the original series so captivating. I'd love to see the main characters showcase their unique abilities more often.
