My idea was similar but instead of good ng to prison and being there maybe have a bit of that but would be cool if your character aged say 10 yrs from 10 yr sentence. Have it so your age is the limiting factor to end of career and also have to rebuild your customers and rep after long stints.

I've only just started but as a weed grower it would be cool to have a proper process of drying/curing weed. The longer and slower you dry it the higher the quality.
