Final Fantasy 14 Is Planning More Character Customization Updates

Love the game, it's an amazing experience but the game needs more races and character customization options would vastly improve the game and shouldn't be some thing to wait a year for as the creator creation is vastly limited and outdated to the average mobile game. Housing lotto needs a change as well! Love the game, but wish there was actual roadmaps as well as more clarity on what's to come other then wait for fan expo or wait a year for the next expansion and this comes if it comes

I read new dissidia and was like yes yes!... Read mobile and was like WOW What is Square Enix thinking. I remember when they decided to make a Battle Royale which sounded cool up until it was mobile only... Surprise it was a fail....
