SADLY, DVD and CD time is gone. You can't own anything just like games or movies. Just keep on paying and even after that in our current power/money controlled world and competitive world we can't pay enough to get even 50% of what we want. I am sure everyone knows this already and when movie sites got banned everyone gave up and started binging thrash for hours thatare provided by few platforms. Even the money never goes to deserving, otherwise why would big players fight to get the AI voice rights for that they should never own. I am paying for Netflix, Crunchyroll, Prime and some other online services but 90% of times I can't find the show I want to watch. Same with movies. Sad reality of content check and contracts is that it limits the options and these big known websites starts giving you their own shows which you might not prefer or have to watch just to pass the time. Most of the shows on these brands are thrash. And you can never find good shows on 2-3 service as they are bound by contract and limited to nations. For example there are several movies I can't watch cause Netflix limits content to my nation and keeps it for US, same with Prime. Crunchyroll too does not keep broadcasting contract for long and drops the show for months and sometimes permanently. And there are no DVD of my favourite shows that I can buy online and watch anytime. It is always dissapointing to decide what I want to watch and suddenly you can't find it on may paid platform as per broadcasting restrictions or limited library.:(

Everyone knows about this issue. But industry blames piracy and people and cause they know everyone wants to get rich they will not try to manipulate content on one platform and have to legally compete in service industry. But still those services are just throwing there own content on us and not even giving 50% and that too gets down by the time you want to watch.
