Honestly battle beast should rank one of the highest. He goes toe to toe with viltrumites and viltrumites get stronger as they age, living for thousands of years. It's not specified whether thokk's species live that long but if they don't, they rank pretty high as far as power scaling goes considering they're "young" compared to viltrumites. That being said if they could live for that long perhaps they'd be on par with viltrumites(given they carry the curse)
